Reconditioned Hydro-Pac Four-stage, 15,000 PSIG Gas Intensifier Package

Description

RECONDITIONED Hydro-Pac 15,000 PSIG compressor package consisting of two (2) 20 HP primary and two (2) 20 HP secondary hydraulic gas intensifiers mounted on a common skid.

• Nominal Capacity Per Unit:  21.8 SCFM (35 Nm3/hr.) with 80 PSIG inlet pressure on helium
• Total Capacity (two units): 43.6 SCFM (70 Nm3/hr.) with 80 PSIG inlet pressure on helium
• Originally designed for helium and tested on Argon but usable on other gases.  Some modifications may be required.

PRIMARY UNITS (TWO UNITS):

• Compressor:  Hydro-Pac model CO1.5-20-70/140LX two stage intensifier
• Suction pressure range:  70 – 140 PSIG
• Discharge pressure:  1500 PSIG
• Electric motors: 2 x 20 HP (230/460v)

SECONDARY UNITS (TWO UNITS):

• Compressor:  Hydro-Pac model C15-20FX/EXT two-stage intensifier
• Suction pressure range:  1000 – 6000 PSIG
• Discharge pressure range:  10,000 – 15,000 PSIG
• Electric motors:  2 x 20 HP (230/460v)
