On-site trailer mounted, mobile nitrogen generating system.  This system consists of three (3) trailer mounted modules and was manufactured by our sister company, Applied Compression Systems, in 2021 and has less than 5000 operating hours.  It is in “like-new” and has been regularly maintained on a scheduled maintenance contract since commissioning.

• Quantity four (4) Kaeser model ESD 250, air-cooled 250 HP 460/3/60 rotary screw compressor
• Quantity two (2) Purestream model ACT 2000 air-cooled 460/3/60 compressed air dryers
• Quantity six (6) Qwik-Pure 350 compressor condensate treatment systems
• Quantity one (1) AGT-Evonik model NM6XL-1700-97 membrane type nitrogen generating system
• Instrumentation package includes an oxygen analyzer, flow meter, membrane container ambient atmosphere analyzer
• Automated nitrogen purity control system / available nitrogen purity settings 97% / 98% / 99% / 99.5%
• AGT proprietary flow control system for energy efficient capacity turn up / turn down capability
• Quantity two (2) modified 40′ sea containers to house compressors
• Quantity one (1) modified 40′ sea container to house, compressed air receivers, compressed air filtration and nitrogen generator
• The system is fully assembled including all mechanical and electrical interconnecting of components (NEMA 3R electrical disconnects included)
• All containers are mounted on approved flatbed highway trailers
• Single point electrical connection for each container
• Single process connection out for each compressor container
• Two process connections in and one process connection out for the nitrogen generator container
