Description

NEW SURPLUS 250 HP Arrow model VRS2, two-stage, reciprocating biogas, booster compressor packaged by Applied Compression Systems Ltd in 2021.  Fabricated for a project that was cancelled and ready to ship.

We have (2) two packages available.  Price is per package.

Nominal Capacity:  1105 CFM at 1000 PSIG discharge pressure with 105 PSIG suction pressure.  Units are suitable for other operating conditions.  Contact us for details

Each package consists of the following:

• Arrow model VRS2 two-stage reciprocating compressor
• 250 HP 460/3/60 TEFC electric motor
• Class 1 Div 2 electrical classification
• Carbon steel process piping
• Carbon steel cooler assembly
• Recycle control valve.
• Free-standing electrical control cabinet with variable speed drive, fuses and breakers (General Purpose enclosure)
• ACS Evolution XC-AB compressor control panel with Allan-Bradley PLC and touch-screen HMI
• Weather-proof insulated enclosure
